They took the long way to get to know better the German sites of the MINDA Group. During just three weeks, they went through a tight programme thus gaining a better insight into the processes, learning about procedures in the individual areas, exchange ideas with colleagues, and working out common approaches for upcoming projects.   

At the same time Charles, Amy and Damon also explored the surroundings of our German MINDA sites. Among others the agenda included the waterway junction in Minden, the Kaiser Wilhelm monument with a view over the Porta, the Bueckeburg Castle in the beautiful Schaumburger Land, Minden's twin town Tangermuende and a side trip to Berlin over the weekend. They also enjoyed tasting the culinary facets of the German cuisine. 

Personal contacts on site cannot always be replaced by technical means. And so our MINDA Group is growing together more and more. Because in the end it is real teamwork that writes the greatest success stories. Four sites - one team: The MINDA team!
